The office has ceased operations, I will not be returning.    Penny Saver Press sent a mailing to all patients notifying them, although it appears some folks did not receive it.  I also ran two  announcements in the Press Republican.  I apologize if you did not get the mailing.  

Patients can have their most recent x-rays e-mailed to their next dentist at no charge.  Leave a message at 561-6123 or email 12901dds@gmail.com.  I'll check the messages and send x-rays weekly.

Really the acquiring dentist is mostly interested in your  recent x-rays (whithin a year), usually  a set of bitewings.   Older x-rays and the handwritten paper records are not typically requested by the next dental office.  We can forward them for a $1 per page fee to cover retrieving the record from storage, scanning, and e-mailing the pages.   Rest assured we have them and can provide them should the need arise.  Past dental work is readily obvious and the current condition is much more important than what was done years ago.

Many have asked where Kathy our hygienist can be found. No word on that at this point.

Our patients of many years are also friends.  The staff and I, look forward to running into you in the future.   And don't worry, the stroke effects are not great and should diminish over time.
